Personnel groups and creating a form

Publish a form

The information collected through the form is managed on the person group homepage. This section will walk you through how you can handle personal data, utilize statuses and tags, send emails and text messages, and target products to individuals or larger groups.

In this section, you will learn about the people group dashboard and its most important functions, such as settings, publishing, permissions, logging, and form management.
Payment functions and adding products to individuals
This section will walk you through setting up and managing GEST's payment functionality. You will learn how to define the products you want to sell, select the appropriate payment methods, send payment links, and track payment transactions. It will also explain how to add products to people and how to edit payment messages and receipts.
Input of additional contacts
This section will walk you through the additional contact entry feature, which allows you to register multiple people on the same form. You will learn how to enable the feature, configure the information to be collected from additional contacts, and manage group registrations effectively.
Documents
You can use GEST to create various documents for groups of people, such as contracts, information materials, certificates, name tags or coupons. This section will cover creating document templates, utilizing placeholders based on form data, and sending documents to recipients electronically or for signature.
Import and export of personal data
This section will cover how to transfer personal data to GEST using a CSV file and how to export existing data from the system. You will learn how to import multiple people at once from a ready-made table, as well as export data for further use, for example filtered by status, tags or products. It will also cover the correct file formats and settings that ensure that the data transfer is successful.
