Work shift planning
GEST's collection tools can also be used to plan and manage employee or volunteer shifts. Work shifts of several different teams can be created under one shift collection. For example, it is possible to plan all volunteer shifts of a single event within the same collection.
When you want to create a new shift collection, select Schedule from the drop-down menu and name the collection according to the purpose of use, for example Volunteer Shifts. After that, you can edit the fields of the form. This information is supplemented with information from each shift basis.
