This section will walk you through GEST's statistics and reporting features. You will learn how to track an event's usage log, view attendee numbers, product sales, and check-in information, and how to use statistics to track and report on your event. You will also learn how to export group data and create CSV reports.
External communication
This section will walk you through GEST's external communication tools. You will learn how to create and manage email templates, utilize personal links to different functions, and send emails and text messages to individuals, groups, or limited target groups. You will also learn how to target communications and filter recipients in different situations.
Check-in
This section will walk you through using GEST's check-in feature. You will learn how to search for and check people in to an event, shifts, or different event days, view participant information, and hand over assigned products. You will also learn about group check-in, check-out, search functions, and the rights of different user roles in the check-in view.
