Production tools: Shift planning & management
This section will walk you through planning and managing shifts in GEST. You will learn how to create shifts and workstations, assign people to shifts, submit shifts for approval, and enable participants to book shifts via a post-fill link. You will also learn about shift tracking, capacity management, and printing and exporting shift lists.
Documents
You can use GEST to create various documents for groups of people, such as contracts, information materials, certificates, name tags or coupons. This section will cover creating document templates, utilizing placeholders based on form data, and sending documents to recipients electronically or for signature.
Follow-up
This section will walk you through using post-fill. You will learn how to ask registrants to complete or update their information, define editable fields, and send personalized post-fill links via email.
Production tool: Group/Band and Manager panel
In the Group/Band collection, the group has its own page where they can add and update information, submit necessary attachments, and add people coming to the event and possible invited guests within the limits set by the producer. The collection can be used for, among other things, registering and managing bands, vendors, and clubs.
External communication
This section will walk you through GEST's external communication tools. You will learn how to create and manage email templates, utilize personal links to different functions, and send emails and text messages to individuals, groups, or limited target groups. You will also learn how to target communications and filter recipients in different situations.
