Statistics

GEST collects and stores information not only during the pre-production phase of an event, but also during it. You can view changes using log data and statistics. The system allows you to track changes made to data, person logins, and product sales, among other things. All of these functions help you understand the overall picture of the event and make final reporting easier, for example.

Usage log

Top bar From the Management menu you will find GEST usage log, which stores events and changes made in production.

The view stores user logouts and logins, as well as changes made to projects, people groups, and collections. The view displays the 250 most recent events at a time.

Statistics

In GEST, you can also look at, for example, the number of people who arrived at the event and the sales of the assigned products. You can access the statistics from the Statistics section of the top bar.

CastThe column shows all the person groups created within the production. You can view the number of approved and logged in people.

ProductsThe column lists all products created in the system. In the column, you can see the capacity of each product, the number of products issued, and the total number of products retrieved.

My statistics

GEST can also view the number of products sold and people arriving.

Products sold: Here you can view products sold on a monthly basis. The view also shows invoiced and free products. It is also possible to download a report of the products in CSV file format.

Visitors per day: Here you can view the number of people who arrived per day. In the left-hand column, all groups of people are listed. The table shows, with an hour's accuracy, how many people have arrived at the event in total.

Check-in statistics search

The GEST check-in view also allows you to view login information and product sales at the person level. Search functions can be found on the Search tab in the Check-in view.

The data can be filtered by person group, login information, and status. The view can also view the number of products picked up and issued. For example, you can find out the number of volunteers who have logged in or view how many wristbands have been claimed.

Data reporting for a group of people

It is possible to download CSV files from personnel groups, for example for external reporting. You can either download the information of the entire group of people or filter the information according to tags and status.
