GEST collects and stores information not only in the pre-production phase of the event, but also during it. You can view changes using notifications, log information and statistics
Personnel groups and creating a form
The personnel group form is the base of every personnel group. Groups of people can be, for example, staff, volunteers, media or invited guests. The form creates a structure for the information collected from different groups of people and the management of these groups. See the instructions for making the form here.
Publish a form
The publishing settings of a form define how it looks like to fill in a form outside of GEST. In the publication settings, you can, for example, change the visuals and advise the person filling in the form.
Personnel management
The information collected on the form can be managed on the home page of the personnel group. You can for example process personnel data, send e-mails and text messages, as well as give out products.
Payment functions and adding products to individuals
Payment functions Through GEST, people can purchase various products, such as tickets, wristbands or physical products, when registering (using a form). Creating products is discussed in the section Products. Products can be paid for directly using the form when registering, the person can choose an invoice and the product can be paid for via a separate email link. Input of additional contacts
GEST enables the registration of several groups of people with the same form using the "Enter additional contacts" function. This feature is especially handy for group registrations or avec invitations, for example.
Documents
With GEST, you can prepare various documents for groups of people. For example, info materials, certificates, name tags or coupons. Only your imagination is the limit!
You can easily send them out to be digitally signed through the Visma Sign integration.
Import and export of personal data
Personal data can also be uploaded to GEST from outside the system via CSV.
Personal data update
Forgot to ask something? You can use the same form once completed for collecting additional information from the different personnel groups. The follow-up function is a good way to collect feedback, for example.
