Check-in

This section will walk you through using GEST's check-in feature. You will learn how to search for and check people in to an event, shifts, or different event days, view participant information, and hand over assigned products. You will also learn about group check-in, check-out, search functions, and the rights of different user roles in the check-in view.

Functions of the fair organizer

GEST used by trade fair organizers has some features that differ from the platform used by other events. This section will review the key functions of GEST for trade fair organizers. You will learn how to manage groups of people, exhibitors, user names and Lippu.fi integration. You will also learn how to use the exhibitor portal, how to send and track invitations, and how to manage and report visitor data. The section will also review the most important basic functions of GEST.
