The plugin retrieves the information directly from your own GEST. Once the plugin is installed and configured, the information is automatically updated in WordPress.<\/p>\n<p>If you would like to enable the add-on, please contact us at info@gest.fi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Instructions for using the add-on<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Forms in WordPress plugin<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Create your chosen one in GEST <a href=\"https:\/\/gestsociety.com\/en\/knowledgebase\/lomakkeen-luominen\/\">personal forms<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/gestsociety.com\/en\/knowledgebase\/organisaatioiden-hallinta\/\">Group\/Band collections<\/a>, whose information you want to import to the website. Create all the fields on the form that you want to display on the website, for example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Name<\/li>\n<li>Introductory text<\/li>\n<li>Picture<\/li>\n<li>Social media links<\/li>\n<li>Websites<\/li>\n<li>Visiting hours<\/li>\n<li>Menu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The form may also have fields whose information is not published on the website at all. You can find instructions on linking fields to the add-on below.<\/p>\n<p>You can also use Admin only fields on the form to collect internal information. Admin only fields are not visible on the public form, but the producer can fill them in the person group management view. Add slots to the schedule and assign performers, people, or other actors to them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Only approved schedules are displayed.<\/strong> In WordPress. If you are linking multiple form fields, place them one below the other in the text box.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Internet links:<\/strong> This is where you link the fields that contain the social media links of the actor being introduced, etc. that you want to be included in the presentation. If you link multiple form fields, place them in the text boxes one below the other.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Linking a single form<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>These text fields are linked to the fields in GEST forms whose data you want to import to the website. If you use <strong>only one form<\/strong> you can find the right fields by pressing the add-on button <strong>Retrieve field information from the Artist feed.\u00a0<\/strong>The plugin automatically retrieves the field names.
